It's A Hallowedding

Bre's Version On October 28th, I met her in a cemetery! Isn't that how all good love stories start??? We originally met in undergrad at CSUN through an acquaintance. Just as we were beginning to develop a closer friendship, I lost contact with Lucy when she moved to Atlanta. In September 2017, I wondered, "What ever happened to Lucy?" I decided to search social media and found her! I sent Lucy a friend request. Lucy sent me a DM. On Oct 14, 2017, Lucy slid into my DMs to invite me to a Dia de los Muertos event. "Hey Bre, I know how much you like Halloween, there's this event on the 28th I think you'd like." She hasn't ghosted yet and has been my Boo ever since! Lucy's Version Bre and I met in college through a mutual friend in 2005. I would go to her house for "L-Word Nights" and she never offered me water. After graduation Bre and I both pursued long term relationships and lost contact for years. Bre found me on Instagram in 2017, we were both single and reconnected over social media. I always remembered Bre loved halloween so I invited her to a Dia de Los Muertos. It had been over 10 years since I last saw Bre in person. I told my family an old college friend would be joining us at the event. Bre really captivated me... and my family. She was the first woman my family ever approved of, which was embaressing for them to voice while at the event. I didn't want that night to end. I went home that night thinking about Bre and looking forward to seeing her again. I realized quickly Bre was everything I ever prayed for.
