Emily and Lucy have known each other for over 25 years--but they didn't like each other until 6th grade. Best friends since then, Emily and Lucy surprised their families, moving to Chicago after college and held the role of roommate until Bill took over.
Groomsman/Officiant
Friend of the Groom. Spent most of our teens and 20's Staying at each other's parents house. Got ordained just to be the officiant to our wedding. Likely to be the first person to break something. Has a new Restaurant opening in September called My Cousin's.
Best Man
Brother-in-Law of the Groom. Bill has known Mark and his family for most of his life. Lead a siblings trip to Altana once to see the Giants get destroyed by the Falcons...The Giants lost...and Bill spilled a whole tray of nachos on himself. Can be found on the dance floor to any 90s rock.
Bridesmaid
Sister of the Groom....pretty much our pro bono wedding planner
Best Man
Brother In Law to the Groom. Set the bar for how big a wedding party can be, we tried really hard to compete but we had to settle for 2nd place with 21 people in our Wedding party. Can be found on the dance floor for Phish or Daft Punk.
Bridesmaid
Sister of the Groom, Life of the party, can be found right by Lucy's side all day so she can bask in the center of attention
Groomsman
Bill grew up down the road from Jim. Most summers were spent at his house at the pool or in his basement. Not uncommon to go 6 months without talking to Jim, but never skip a beat as soon as we do.
Bridesmaid
Sister of the Groom. Can find her on the dance floor or the Pelaton. She hopes Rob Thomas comes as someone's plus 1
Groomsman
Friends with Bill since diapers. You will likely know him as Rudy. You will find him on the dance floor to pretty much anything as long as music is playing.
Bridesmaid
Paired together as roommates in Pi Phi over 10 years ago, Jordan was putting up with Lucy's messy living habits long before Bill arrived. From KU to Chicago, Lucy has followed Jordan wherever she'll let her and can't wait to have Jordan stand by her side on her big day--luckily there will be transportation so there's no fear of Jordan being late or risking the lives of her fellow bridesmaids like Lucy did.
Groomsman
Wade and Bill worked together for2 years running the Butcher's Tap a few blocks from Wrigley Field. Some of the most (fuzzy) memorable times of Bill's life was the Chicago Cubs run to the World Series in 2016. Wade has gone on to open several of his own Bars and Restaurants around Chicago. Bridesmaid
You won't hear Lucy refer to Katy by her real name except in this bio--Nugget shoved her way into Lucy's heart 10 years ago, doing "bits" and splits through out the Pi Phi house and making her laugh harder than anyone else. Lucy looks forward to having Nugget with her on her big day and hopes there wont be any flaming orchids to deal with as they dance down the aisle.
Groomsman
Bill and Mark have been friends since Bill moved to Chicago in 2013. They worked together on Division St. with late night bars and have more forgotten memories than they can remember. Fun fact: Mark was the first groomsman to receive his his Groomsman gift
Bridesmaid
No matter how long it's been, whenever Lucy and Lindsay get together it's as if time stood still. From Toddler's in Tiara's to actual toddlers, Lindsay has always been a text away, there to laugh and celebrate with and she'll be the go-to person to tell Lucy to stop worrying about the small stuff on the big day and instead pour her another drink.
Groomsman
Grew up across the street from Bill. We have seen over 100 concerts together. 75% of which are Phish and Dave Matthews. Spent most of our lives causing trouble and waiting for the other one to say "This might not be a good idea." Those words were never spoken.
Bridesmaid
Liza, Lucy's cousin, probably has the most incriminating stories about her. She's been loyal, even when Lucy swayed her de-pants their babysitter. Even when she told her to throw their other cousin's phone in the trash. Year's after having countless make shift weddings for their Barbies, Lucy is honored to have Liza with her for the real deal and promises not to pull any pranks this week and make her take the fall.

Bill and Mike met working at Outback Steakhouse in Tampa Florida while Bill was in school at USF. Mike was a frequent visitor to New York while Stationed in the Army in DC. Later in life Mike moved to Chicago to be roommates with Bill where Mike met his soon to be Wife Joani
Bridesmaid
In high school, Lucy came home one day and told her mom she had a roommate for KU and the rest, as they say, is history. Did she know Callie well her mom asked? Not really she said, but that soon changed--in a the most beautifully decorated dorm room of the year Callie and Lucy swapped dollar shot for movie night (most of the time) and built a friendship that would have both of them standing in each other's big days.
Groomsman
Eric and bill met while also working together at Outback Steakhouse. despite only seeing each other a handful of times over the last 13 years that Bill moved away from Florida, we text all day every day sending each other fire memes and laughing at the stupidest stuff.
Bridesmaid
Lauren would tell you the only time Lucy actually calls her Lauren is when she's in trouble. Ralph has worn the hat of friend, roommate, drinking buddy and was there the day Lucy tried to convince everyone she wasn't interested in her boss, Bill, despite giggling into her phone every time he text. Lucy doesn't allow this often, but she'll happily allow Ralphie a big "I told you so" on her big day.
Bridesmaid
Lucy is realizing she doesn't call most of her friends by their real name--Haley isn't going to like this, but you should know half the bridesmaids call her Shitty so you're allowed to too. Even though they're far apart geographically, the friendship has lived on beyond their glory days, beyond Haley always being able to help them cut the line at the Hawk--but Haley will never get rid of "Elliot, where's the vod?"...you had to be there.
