Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both take place on the Lucas Family Farm in Luray, Virginia. Guest parking will be located at 525 Middleburg Rd, Luray, Virginia 22835. Shuttles will begin transporting guests to the venue at 2:10 PM and will continue making rounds throughout arrival. Please plan to arrive no later than 2:30 PM to allow time for parking, shuttling, and seating before the 3:00 PM ceremony. Shuttles will resume following dinner for guests ready to depart.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please dress semi-formal with an autumn touch. Think dresses, skirts, or elevated jumpsuits for the ladies, and collared dress shirts paired with slacks and a jacket or suit for the gentlemen. Should you feel inclined, you are welcome to draw from the colors featured at the top of this page, inspired by the season and the relaxed beauty of the countryside. We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing denim while dressing comfortably, yet refined, for a November evening on the farm. Our outdoor ceremony will include some walking on grass and uneven ground. We recommend wedges, block heels, wedding-ready boots, or dress shoes that you feel comfortable walking in. We will then continue the celebration indoors, where it’s nice and warm!

Due to limited space at the venue, we can only accommodate the adults listed on your RSVP. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Your presence on our wedding day is truly the greatest gift. For those who feel inclined, we’ve included a honeymoon fund to help us create some special newlywed memories. Thank you for your love and generosity. We appreciate you!
