By attending this event, guests acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for their dog’s behavior, actions, and safety throughout the duration of the event. This responsibility includes, but is not limited to: • interactions with other dogs • interactions with guests • interactions with staff and vendors • any damage, injury, or disruption caused by their dog Attendance constitutes acceptance of these terms. These guidelines are standard for pet-friendly events and are intended to promote safety, comfort, and mutual respect for all attendees.
We are welcoming 23 dogs, each with their own temperament and comfort level. To help ensure a safe experience the following guidelines apply: • Each guest is responsible for supervising and managing their dog at all times. • All dogs in attendance must be dog-friendly and people-friendly. • If a dog becomes anxious, reactive, overstimulated, uncomfortable, or causes disruption to other dogs, the handler must take appropriate action. this may include relocating the dog to a different playpen, stepping away from group interactions, or temporary removing the dog from the event space if the behavior impacts more than one dog. • Leashes are strongly recommended when moving through crowded areas or near décor, food, staff, or vendors. • Guests should use discretion when allowing dog-to-dog interactions. Not all dogs welcome close contact or unannounced greetings. • This is not a dog-dedicated venue. To maintain the condition of the space and comply with venue requirements, all dogs must be taken outside for potty breaks as often as needed.
This is a pet-friendly event, and every guest is fully responsible for their own dog. • The venue is open-flow with guests, staff, and vendors moving throughout. • Pups must remain supervised at all times. • Dogs should not access food, desserts, or anything that falls on the floor. • Please ensure your pup is safe and away from décor, lighting, floral pieces, or signage. Your attentiveness helps create a safe environment for all our furry attendees.
The space includes custom décor, draping, lighting, signage, and specialty rentals. To honor vendor safety standards and prevent damage: • Do not touch, lean on, move, or adjust any décor or equipment. • For safety, be mindful when walking the pups around lighting, draping, florals, playpens, and installations.
Professional photography and videography will be present throughout the celebration. By attending the event, you acknowledge and consent to being photographed and filmed. Images may be shared on social media and used by host on personal and professional websites, social media accounts and more and our vendors, for portfolio and promotional purposes as permitted by their contracts.
