Wedding Party

Brittany Boyle

Maid of Honor

When I started my nursing career in the Medical ICU, Brittany was always the nurse I looked up to. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication made a huge impact on me. But she’s not just an amazing nurse—if you need a national park trip planned or photos taken, Brittany is your go-to! She even dusted off her camera after 10 years for our engagement photos, and we were all so impressed with her talent. From the moment we got engaged, Brittany has been in full planning mode and I’m so grateful! I’m thrilled to have her as part of my special day!

Emily Pond

Bridesmaid

Emily and I met during the very first month of college back in 2012, though I guess I wasn’t memorable enough for her to recall that initial encounter! It took a little persistence, but after a year, we became inseparable. From surviving nursing school together to giving back through community service, and from game nights to spontaneous adventures, our bond grew stronger with each passing year. I’ve always known Emily would be standing by my side on the big day—her friendship means the world to me, and I couldn’t imagine celebrating this moment without her.

Christina Burke

Bridesmaid

I owe the start of my friendship with Christina to the many weekends we worked together at the hospital. There’s nothing quite like bonding over a sick patient late on a Sunday night after three back-to-back night shifts! Our friendship only grew stronger over time, especially during the pandemic. From sharing Gouda cheese to belting out tunes at a Mt. Joy car concert and hiking to new places, Christina was a constant source of support and fun. I truly don't know how I would’ve made it through that time without her. I’m beyond grateful to have her by my side on my wedding day!

Amanda Kulyk

Bridesmaid

My first memory of Amanda is a bit embarrassing—I wiped out on the sidewalk walking into work and basically fled the scene, embarrassed and with ripped scrubs. But just as I was trying to recover, I heard her voice asking, “How are your knees?” Turns out, she was starting as a new nurse, and that moment marked the start of our friendship. Over the years, Amanda and I have bonded over our shared nursing struggles, watching The Bachelor, traveling, and of course, our love of brisket. I’m so lucky to have her standing next to me on this special day!

Mary Catherine Bort

Bridesmaid

Mary Catherine and I go waaaay back—so far that we always say, “Cousins by birth, friends by choice!” There’s never a dull moment when she’s around, and I can’t help but laugh and enjoy every second of our time together. In 2022, we were roommates on a family trip to Turkey and Greece, and let’s just say we provided plenty of entertainment with all our adventures. She was the true “light” of our trip (literally, since I couldn’t figure out the light switches!). I’m beyond lucky to have her by my side on my wedding day!

Tyler Gunther

Best Man

Tyler "Lengened" Gunter. I first met Tyler freshman year at YoungLife Camp, and we’ve been best buds ever since. From dominating Ultimate Frisbee leagues to battling it out in Pickleball and Disc Golf, we’ve shared countless adventures and unforgettable moments. Tyler’s unwavering friendship makes him not just a great friend, but the perfect choice for my best man. I’m truly honored to have him by my side on this special day.

Mitchell Warren

Groomsman

Mitch and I first connected through our shared love for soccer, and we even played together on our high school team. Throughout high school, we bonded over sports, video games, and a close-knit group of mutual friends. Mitch was my wingman, and we did everything together. I’m grateful that Kathleen and I got to visit him in Charlotte last year and see his new place. I just wish he wasn’t so far away. Having Mitch as part of my wedding means the world to me.

Matt Reenstra

Groomsman

I met Matt through his soon-to-be wife, Jess, and we’ve been great friends ever since. Matt is my go-to buddy for almost every round of disc golf, and his caring and funny nature always makes him a joy to be around. I’m looking forward to spending more time with him this year, especially playing ultimate frisbee on his team. I’m grateful that Jess brought Matt into our group and thrilled to have him with me on our big day.

Stephen Palmieri

Groomsman

I met Steve back in elementary school, likely bonding over soccer during recess. Our friendship grew as we continued playing soccer for years, starting on the team my dad coached and culminating with our high school soccer team. Steve is probably my longest-standing friend, and I’m incredibly thankful for our enduring friendship. Having him by my side on our big day means a lot to me.

Jeff Andrews

Groomsman

I met Jeff in college, where we both played on the Shippensburg ultimate frisbee team. However, it wasn’t until after college, when we both lived near West Chester, that we really connected. I spent numerous summers playing ultimate frisbee with Jeff, and not only is he a great teammate, but he’s an even better friend. I had the privilege of being a groomsman at his wedding, and I’m happy he could return the favor.
