FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you submit your online RSVP by September 24, 2025 to allow us sufficient time to finalize all details.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one or my children?

Answer

We kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation attend due to limited event space.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Attire for the wedding is dressy cocktail. Please remember that our Nuptial Mass will be in a sacred place and modesty is incredibly important during the Mass. Ladies, this includes midi or floor length dresses or dressy jumpsuits. Please bring a sweater, shawl, or jacket to cover your shoulders during the Mass. Gentlemen should wear suits and ties.

Question

What should I expect at a Catholic Mass?

Answer

We are so excited for you to join us for the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass! You are invited to pray with us through the liturgy as much as you feel comfortable with. Generally, you can expect a Liturgy of the Word where Holy Scripture will be read and the priest will share a homily (sermon). We will then have the exchange of vows and rings. We will then enter into the Liturgy of the Eucharist, the central part of the Catholic Mass, where bread and wine are consecrated and become the Body and Blood of Christ. It's a prayer of thanksgiving and a sacrificial offering, with the priest acting "in the person of Christ". Only baptized Catholics in good standing and who are properly disposed are to partake in Holy Communion. If you are not Catholic, or not prepared to receive Holy Communion, please remain in your seat or approach the priest with your arms crossed across your chest to receive a blessing. We will then close in prayer.
