Picture this: It's 2014, we met at NTI and bonded over some Thin Mint cookies. It's now 2016, graduated as techs, moving into our jobs and also a shiny new apartment. But wait, it's 2018, we're buying a house, adding a Sweet Girl Sadie to the mix and enjoying every ounce of it. Over the course of nearly 11 years (10 years, 10 months TO THE DAY), we shared ups and downs, went to so many concerts, visited family, went on adventures, took quite a few weekend getaways and shared every part of our souls with each other. February 1, 2025: We're out celebrating Lucy's 30th with a couple friends. Lucy requires a couple pictures (not often we actually dress to impress), Billy suggests the water fountain in the round-about. BAM. Proposal. There were tears of joy, and the happiness was palpable.
