What time should we arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving 15- 30 minutes early to allow for ample time to settle in before the ceremony. The ceremony will start promptly at (TIME) and late arrivals will not be admitted to not disrupt the moment. Thank you for understanding.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help with our planning, please RSVP to the event as soon as possible. However, the deadline is If we don’t receive your RSVP by this date we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as “no”. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to the intimate nature of our wedding we’re keeping the guest list to our closest family and friends. We kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend. Thank you for understand and supporting our decision.

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults only celebration. We hope you enjoy a night off and can join us for a relaxing and fun evening!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we and you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting a formal garden party dress code for our wedding. Weather permitting, our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, with the reception to follow indoors. Please dress accordingly and keep the weather in mind! The guest attire tab has some photo if your in need for some inspiration!

Are you registered anywhere?

Answer

Your presence is the best gift we could ask for! If you’d like to contribute to our future together, we’d gratefully accept a monetary gift instead of a traditional registry.

Can we stay at the venue?

Answer

Yes! The venue offers on-site accommodations, and we’d to for you to stay and celebrate the whole weekend with us. Please note that there is a two night minimum stay. Booking information and room details can be found here: https://viamede.com/stay/

What if I can’t stay for both nights?

Answer

We completely understand that a two night stay might not work for everyone. Unfortunately, the venue does require a two night minimum for all on site accommodations. If you are unable to stay both nights, there are some lovely hotels and Airbnb options nearby that don’t have this requirement. Please reach out if you’d like help finding an alternative, we’d still love for you to join us for the celebration

What’s happening over the weekend?

Answer

Friday: join us for a welcome night and bonfire to kick things off Saturday: We’ll tie the knot, followed by dinner, drinks and dancing Sunday: Say goodbye with a farewell brunch Additional details can be found in the Schedule tab!

Can we bring our pet?

Answer

Absolutely! The venue does allow pets to stay with you in your accommodations! There are limited pet rooms available so make sure you book quick, and request this when booking. However as much as we would love to celebrate with them, due to venue restrictions they unfortunately will not be allowed at the wedding events.
