We hope that in this time, Lord Jesus can be expressed and glorified and that all present could be personally touched by a God who directly and genuinely loves them.

We hope to share our story at the wedding, so details are missing here, but here's a little something. We are truly thankful to the Lord for bringing us together. Austin: When I returned to Austin, I began attending Jim and Michelle Lees' home meeting once again, and Lucianna was there, having begun attending shortly after I moved to CA. Between getting to know her and her heart for people in that home meeting, and spending time coordinating together with her for a college conference, there was a particular apprehension in my being that she was someone with whom I could serve the Lord and care for people for the rest of my life. This notion in me grew under much prayer and fellowship with the Lord and with other believers, until I was certain that I wanted to court her. We have had a wonderful relationship and a lovely engagement with a love for one another that is both deepening and growing. It is my prayer that our marriage, family life, and home would be for the Lord and for His Body. Lucianna: Although Austin and I knew each other before, it wasn't until we were both in the same home meeting and served together that we knew and appreciated each other more. There was was an easy and sweet chemistry between us that others often noticed and mentioned. It seemed that Austin and I had the same heart for the Lord and others, were quite compatible in our personalities, and laughed a lot together. As time went on, Austin made it increasingly apparent that he had feelings for me which made me commit everything to the Lord in prayer more. I realized I also truly cared about him very much. Once we started a relationship, we "FELL" in love rather deeply (inside joke for those who know our story). The more I got to know him, I realized he was different and I could finally let my heart go. Our mutual appreciation and love for one another has been growing in such a wonderful way. May our marriage be for the purpose of God's heart's desire. Thank you for rejoicing with us!
