Madrid Barajas (MAD) has direct flights to Jerez de la Frontera Airport (XRY) on Iberia. The flight is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes Alternative options are to fly into Seville (SVQ) which have daily trains to Jerez de la Frontera which take ~1 hour

Madrid to Jerez de la Frontera

The train leaves from the Madrid Puerta de Atocha - Almudena Grandes station to Jerez de la Frontera. Please you the link to find available tickets. The trip is approximately 4 hours.
