Where are the wedding ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Magnolia Fields, located at 3213 Ladysmith Road, Ruther Glen, VA 22546.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you arrive no later than 4:15p.m., as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30p.m.

Is there parking available at Arbor Haven?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking available at Magnolia Fields.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal attire. Think suits/dress pants with a nice shirt for gentlemen, and cocktail dresses for women.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting), and the reception to follow inside the beautifully restored barn (bathrooms are also indoor).

Will there be an open bar?

Yes, there will be an open bar during the reception. Please drink responsibly and consider bringing cash to tip the bartenders.

We will be serving BBQ food, catered by Deep Run Roadhouse.

We adore your little ones! However, due to space and planning considerations, only invited children will be able to attend. Thank you for helping us make this day special.
