When should I RSVP for the wedding by?

While we both truly love all the children in our lives, we have chosen to have an adult-only wedding ceremony & reception.

What are the nearest airports to the venue?
Answer
Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) and Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) are both about 1 hour away from the venue.

Is there a hotel room block?
Answer
Yes. A hotel room block is available at the Hilton Garden Inn in Hamilton, NJ. Please see Travel & Hotel page for more details regarding the dates applicable, booking methods and discount code/group name.

Is there transportation to & from the hotel to the wedding venue?
Answer
Yes. For our guests staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Hamilton, a shuttle service is provided to and from the Ashford Estate. Please see the Travel & Hotel page for more details regarding departure times.

Is parking available at the wedding venue?
Answer
Yes. There is ample on site parking at Ashford Estate. After driving through the front gates, continue down the tree-lined entry road. The parking area will be located on your right hand side. To drop off passengers directly at the Main Entrance prior to parking - continue past the parking area, access the entry loop to your right, and proceed around to the drop off zone under the veranda at the Main Entrance.

What is the wedding dress code?
Answer
Attire: Formal - dresses of all lengths are welcome, but please no white! For the Ladies & Your Footwear Choices: Our outdoor ceremony location may require a VERY SHORT walk over grass (max 10-15 feet from the paved pathway to your ceremony seat). This is the ONLY TIME we anticipate any need walk to walk on an outdoor unpaved surface for the entirety of your day at Ashford Estate.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive by 4:30PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00PM. For those arriving via shuttle from the hotel - the departure time will ensures your arrival by 4:30PM.

I have a food allergy or dietary restriction. Can I make a special request?
Answer
Absolutely! We will work closely with our venue to ensure accommodations are available for guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions. When completing your Wedding RSVP, please include the food allergies/dietary restrictions and the name of the guest so we can flag this to the venue.

Do I need to make meal selections in advance?
Answer
No, you do not need to make any meal selections in advance. Guests will provide their meal selection table side during the reception.
