How are you keeping guests safe in response to covid-19?

Answer

We are asking all guests to email a negative COVID-19 test to TheIrizarrys0410@gmail.com before engaging in wedding weekend activities. We also plan to follow all local, state, and federal guidance regarding COVID-19 safety precautions. Please continue to check back as we get closer to our date for the latest information. In the meantime we encourage all our guest to register with their local health department to receive the COVID-19 vaccination. Please do your part to protect those who are at most risk that will be in attendance on our big day.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

YES! Cocktail attire: Knee length, midi dress, jumpsuits Dress pants, tie and dark blazer Please avoid wearing colors that are typically reserved for the bride: white, cream, ivory, pastels.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

You can only bring a plus 1 if it is stated on your formal invitation. No extra guests allowed. If you are unsure please contact us.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this is an occasion for adults to enjoy. We kindly request that no guests under the age of 13 be in attendance for the reception.

Is there parking at the Bayfront Club?

Answer

Yes, at no extra cost.

What time should I arrive at the Bayfront Club?

Answer

We suggest no later than 4:45pm. The ceremony will not wait for anyone!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The shuttle will be leaving the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Baltimore - BWI promptly at 4:00pm to arrive at the venue at 4:30. It will then be departing the venue at 9:00 & 10:30pm to return back to the hotel. It is also handicap accessible. Go to the TRAVEL tab for more information.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

When you RSVP it will prompt you to answer a couple questions including informing us of any dietary restrictions.
