When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with planning, we would really appreciate it if you could RSVP to our wedding soon as possible. However the final RSVP deadline is July 20th, 2026

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate with you! Our ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM, and we kindly ask all guests to arrive by 5:15 PM to find their seats and enjoy the moment with us from the very beginning.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day! Please wear your best formal attire and dress to impress.

I need help finding a place to stay.

Answer

We have a room block reserved at Queens Landing, but you're welcome to stay wherever is most convenient for you. There are plenty of hotels and Airbnbs throughout the Niagara region, and Niagara Falls is only about a 20 minute drive from The Hare Wine Co, if you are planning to stay there as well.

Will Transportation from hotels to venue be provided?

Answer

Yes, we've arranged the Vintage Trolley. The Trolley will go to all the vintage hotels such as Queen's Landing, Pillar and Post, Princess of Wales, and along with Best Western. 4pm to 1am.

Is there parking at The Hare Wine Co?

Answer

Yes, there will be complimentary parking for all of the guests.

Will the wedding be held outdoors?

Answer

Yes, as the sun will be shining, both the ceremony, cocktail and reception will be outside.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer
