Flight
We recommend Delta or Alaska Airlines if flying from Tampa as they seem to have better layover options. The Bride and Groom are flying with Alaska Airlines from TPA to SFO on 9/21.
Hotel
We have a courtesy block with flexible booking dates, to ensure you have the option to arrive early, stay late, or both! To book through this link and receive the group rate, your reservation must include the nights of 9/22 and 9/23 (check out on 9/24). However, if you would like to arrive early/stay later, you have the option to book up to 2 nights prior to and following the required nights (9/20 - 9/26). IMPORTANT NOTE: Rooms are subject to availability. We recommend securing your accommodations as soon as you are able. The cut off to reserve, should availability remain, is August 26th. September is a popular time to visit San Francisco, please don’t procrastinate booking accommodations!

Transportation will pick up the entire group at The Westin St. Francis at 8am. You must be in the lobby and ready to leave by this time, no exceptions. Following the ceremony and photos, you will have the option to be transported from City Hall back to the hotel at this time (approx. 10am). However, if you would like to stay at City Hall to explore the grounds while the Bride & Groom have their photo shoot around the building, you may do that as well (approx 11am). If you choose to stay, you must board transportation with the Bride & Groom to get back to the hotel, as transportation will not make another trip to city hall for you. You will have the opportunity to change and touch up before we are picked up for Brunch (approx. 12:15pm). Reservation for Brunch is at 12:30pm. Transportation back to the hotel after brunch will also be provided.
