Yes, both the ceremony and reception will be taking place at Potomac Point Winery & Vineyard - 275 Decatur Rd, Stafford, VA 22554.
The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm, but we ask you to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to allow time for parking and seating.
Yes, the venue has a large parking lot, allowing plenty of room for our guests to park. Please don't drink and drive. The venue allows cars to stay parked overnight as long as they are picked up at some point the next day. We will also be providing a free shuttle that will take guests back to and from our hotels.
The ceremony will take place outside (weather permitting). Dinner will be served inside and the reception will primarily be inside, with access to the outside area for the entirety of the night.
Cocktail attire! We suggest men wear a suit, sports jacket, or dress shirt with a tie and women wear long or midi dresses.
We have tried our best to accommodate our guests, but unfortunately space is limited. If a plus one has been allotted to you, your invitation will reflect that. We look forward to spending the evening celebrating with our closest friends and family!
We love your little ones! While we'd love to celebrate with all the kiddos in our lives, due to space and planning, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
We are having a plated dinner that will have a variety of choices. If you have any specific food allergies or dietary restrictions that the caterer should be aware of, please let us know! You will receive a card with your formal invitation detailing your options for dinner.
