Our story begins with the dating app Bumble. Lezlie and Lucas wanted something deeper, but didn't know if that was actually real. Both didn't expect much, but still used the app until one day in January 2025, when they happened to discover each other. Lucas was intrigued by Lezlie's green hair and multiple piercings. Lezlie thought Lucas was handsome and liked that he was a musician. They had a common interest in the alternative music scene and shared a deep faith in Jesus. After one date at RockPho'd on a cold February night, both knew their lives would never be the same.
