Our Story

Lucas and I met through our mutual love of soccer. As both members of The American Outlaws, we met as many other outlaws do, at a night before party. Our San Diego chapter was hosting the US Men's National Team in our city the following day and there was a big party the night before. I had met some friends there and we met several people through the evening. One of those people was Lucas. He was, let's just say in full AO party mode, and leave it at that. After the night there were several soccer related events where I saw and hung out with Lucas and we started to become good friends. And before I knew it, his charm and laughter worked its way into my heart and I fell in love with him. As soon as we started dating it was clear to me that he was "The One". He claims he knew from day one, and that I was late to the party. We had been dating for a little over a year and a half when he proposed. I of course knew he had been up to something, and had guessed of what it could be, but was in no way really prepared for how he proposed. He knew it had to be soccer related, since that was how we met, and contacted a friend within the Sockers organization to help him plan the perfect proposal. I still can't believe he managed to get me in front of 3,337 people to propose in the middle of the field at half-time of the Sockers home opener.
