Shuttle Times and Parking

Answer

The first shuttle will depart at 2pm at Oxford Casino Hotel, and then make a stop at The Norway Inn. The second shuttle time depends on the first trip. It most likely arrive at the Oxford Casino around 3pm-330pm. Again, the shuttle will then make a stop at The Norway Inn. The drive to the venue (with the stop times included) will be around 30-40 minutes. If you take the earlier shuttle, we will have lawn games for while you wait for the ceremony at the venue. The Ceremony will begin at 4:15pm. After the first shuttle, there will only be one more shuttle trip. Each shuttle holds around 40 guests. Shuttles will depart from the venue back to The Norway Inn or Oxford Casino throughout the reception and after party to get you back safely! There is a small parking lot at the venue. If you would like to park at the event, please carpool as space is limited.

Food & Drink

Directly after the ceremony, there will be passed appetizers. Catering will be served by Bird & Co. During RSVP you had an option to choose a type of tacos, but it is up to you on the day of the wedding, it is not set in stone! Bartending will be served through Wolf & Harp. We will have an open bar directly after the ceremony, and a few hours into the reception. After that, we will keep the bar open as a cash bar.
