Where is the wedding ceremony & reception?

Private Residence Address: 3787 Campbell Trace Road, Hartland, WI 53029 Please look out for and follow the designated signage for the wedding along the private road.

Can I drive through the construction on Hwy 83?

Answer

Yes! Please use the Cardinal Lane detour to get to Hwy 83 and that will lead you to the private road entrance. You CAN drive through the road closure signs to cross over and get to the private road. Don’t panic, just drive through it. Follow the designated wedding signage. Call 262-744-0121 if you need help with directions.

Will there be transportation provided to the hotels?

Answer

A complimentary shuttle will be provided to guests staying at the Delafield & Pewaukee hotel locations. Shuttle Reservation Name: Miller-Frum Shuttle pick-up start time is 2:30pm with the first stop being at the Holiday Inn. Second stop will be at the Ingleside Hotel. The shuttle will be picking up guests between 2:15-3:30pm to ensure all drop offs are complete by the 4pm ceremony start time. Shuttle service name: AccuTransgroup

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Formal Attire: Black tie (optional), suits, sport coats w/ dress pants, cocktail dresses, gowns, dressy pantsuits, etc.

Will the wedding ceremony & reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and white tent reception will be held outdoors at a private residence. Guests will have limited access to the house for restroom use. Please plan ahead for the weather and bring additional attire as needed. Ladies, high-heel stoppers/protectors are recommended as there will be grassy areas.

Have you reserved room blocks at hotels in the area?

Answer

If you are traveling from out-of-town, we have reserved a room block at the Holiday Inn - Delafield. Please check out the 'Travel' section of our wedding website for additional details.

Are Uber & Lyft's available in the area?

Answer

Uber's & Lyft's are available. It's easiest and highly recommended that you reserve/pre-book a ride ahead in the apps to ensure pick up and drop off at the private residence location where the wedding and reception will be held. Please plan ahead for all your transportation needs to ensure a safe & sober ride.

Will there be valet parking available at the private residence?

Answer

Yes, parking will be available to guests at the private residence. Please look out for signs along the private road for directions towards valet.

Will there be an open bar at the wedding?

Answer

Absolutely, this is a Wisconsin wedding after all.
