We first met in April 2023 and quickly bonded over our shared love of staying active, especially practicing Jiu Jitsu together. Not long after, Lucas started joining Kacie at every Obon that summer, and somewhere between the dancing, food, and fun, our story really began. By November 2023, we officially became a couple and have spent most weekends since having beach days, going on hikes, and enjoying many adventures together. Our first trip together was to Disneyland, where we quickly fell in love with the magic, and maybe a few churros too! Since then, we've continued traveling whenever we can, with our most recent trip taking us to the snowy mountains of Leavenworth. It was there, surrounded by a winter wonderland, that Lucas asked Kacie to be his forever. Of course, she said yes!
