Will there be a hotel block?

Answer

We are not getting a hotel block. However, we will be staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Youngstown, and we encourage our family and friends to join us!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests can begin finding their seats at 4PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends to get dressed up with us! We are requesting that guests please wear cocktail attire. No jeans, please!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If there is a plus one on your invitation, then absolutely! Unfortunately, we will be unable to accommodate any additional guests.

Are kids welcome?

Yes!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yep! There's plenty of parking at B&O.

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside (weather permitting), and the reception will be inside.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We are requesting that guests keep their phones silenced and away during the ceremony. Photos will be captured by our photographer. Before and after the ceremony, photos are encouraged!

Will there be an open bar?

Yes.

Will dinner be served at the reception?

We are serving a buffet-style dinner at the reception.

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, or special diet options available?

Please specify any dietary restrictions on the RSVP form so we can make sure to accommodate you.

Can I bring my children to the after party?

Answer

Our after party is being held at a 21+ bar. We ask that children are taken home so there's not an awkward situation with the bouncer.
