We kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as possible, but no later than October 10th, 2026. If you are not able to make it, your presence will be missed. If you are no longer able to attend after RSVPing "Yes," please contact our wedding planner at your earliest convenience.
We kindly ask guests to arrive by 3:15 PM to allow time for parking and seating. To ensure a quiet and intimate environment for our vows, we aim to have everyone seated by 3:30 PM. Please note the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, and late arrivals will be invited to join the celebration once the ceremony concludes.
We would love to celebrate with everyone, but due to the cozy nature of our venue, we are only able to accommodate the guests specifically listed on your invitation. We hope you understand.
To maintain the intimate atmosphere of our ceremony, we have limited our guest list to include only the children of our immediate families (they will be named on the invitation) . We thank you for your understanding!
The average temperature is around 50°F in November but can fluctuate 10°F warmer or cooler. Our ceremony and cocktail hour are planned for the outdoors but will be weather-dependent; we will move indoors if the Minnesota November chill arrives early! We suggest checking the forecast and bringing a coat just in case.
Yes! We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! The dress code is Formal. For the Ladies: Think floor-length, tea-length, or any pant suit For the Gentlemen: Any suit with a dress shirt and a tie.
Yes! Complimentary self-parking is available to hotel guests including overnight parking. Electric Vehicle parking is available in the designated stalls.
We kindly ask that you be fully present during the ceremony and refrain from using your phones. We have hired an amazing photographer and they will be there to capture this special day. Feel free to take as many photos/videos once the ceremony is finished as we will provide a shared drive you can upload all your wonderful pictures.
