We encourage flying into Portland International Airport (PDX). Uber, Lyft, and rental cars are all available (we highly encourage renting a car!). We also have a small block of rooms available at the Hampton Inn Sherwood Portland. Please check out our Travel page for the nitty gritty on details!

Guests are welcome to begin arriving at the venue at 5:00pm. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm so we kindly ask that all guests arrive at our venue no later than 5:15pm so you can settle in and help ensure there are no interruptions.
We want everyone to celebrate, relax, and get back safely, so we’ve arranged a shuttle to bring guests from the venue back to the hotel after the wedding. If you choose to drive, you’re welcome to hop on the shuttle at the end of the night and leave your car overnight (just be sure to pick it up by 10:00am the next morning). Uber and Lyft are available in the Dundee/Newberg area, but they can be limited later in the evening, so we recommend planning to take the shuttle for the ride back.
Yes, there is parking available at Rodeo Hills. We will have a shuttle to bring guests from the venue back to the hotel after the wedding so if you choose to drive but don't want to drive back, you’re welcome to take the shuttle and leave your car overnight (just be sure to pick it up by 10:00am the next morning).
We are keeping our wedding cozy and intimate so please note that we are only able to accommodate those guests included on your formal wedding invitation.
While we love your little ones, we have chosen to keep our wedding an adults-only celebration.
For the ceremony & reception, we kindly ask that all guests wear formal/cocktail attire. This includes floor length gowns, tea-length or midi dresses, and elegant jumpsuits/pantsuits for women. For men, traditional suits, suit separates, and a tie/bowtie are perfectly fine. Tuxedos are welcome but certainly not required! Of course, please avoid white, ivory, light yellow, etc.
Our ceremony will be held outdoors (don't worry, it'll be brief!) followed by an indoor reception.
Absolutely! We will be serving a delicious plated meal. When you RSVP, you'll have the option to choose your entree as well as share any dietary restrictions.
August in the Portland/Willamette Valley area is warm with daytime highs averaging in the low-to-mid 80s. Evenings and nights are mild with temps cooling down to the mid-50s. Summer is also this region's dry season with little to no rain forecasted and low humidity.
At the conclusion of the reception, you're invited to join the bride and groom at Lumpy's, a local dive bar, just a short 5-minute drive from Rodeo Hills Winery. We will have a shuttle taking guests to the bar for anyone wishing to join to close out the night and from Lumpy's back to the hotel for any late-nighters. Of course, for those wanting to go straight back to the hotel after the reception, we'll have a shuttle for you. Totally optional but sure to be a blast!
