Question

What precautions are you taking for Covid?

Answer

We will be providing an Abbott at-home Covid test to every guest as part of their welcome bag, which each guest must take as soon they get to their hotel room before they participate in any wedding-related event. If you don't receive a packet when you check in (be sure to ask for it if it is not handed to you) OR test positive, text Lucas's Mom's partner, Joe Meyerhoff, at 410-258-5606. However, since PCR tests given by medical professionals are proven to be more accurate, we strongly encourage that every guest get a PCR test in the 48-72 hours leading up to their departure for the wedding (plus, it's not ideal to make the trip to Upstate NY only to test positive when you get to the hotel.) For guests that test negative, we will provide masks that guests can choose to wear based on their own comfort level.

Question

Are there any activities planned for Friday night?

Answer

No, there is nothing formally planned. The wedding party has a rehearsal dinner, but we recommend taking a look at the Things To Do section of the website to check out restaurants and activities in the area. We hope that there will be an informal gather of family and friends at Don's Rok in Clinton, NY after dinner time.

Question

How do I get to the wedding venue?

Answer

Shuttles will be provided to The Hayloft On The Arch from The Tower (not The Hotel) at The Turning Stone, which will begin to leave between 2:45pm and 3:00pm and will be returning to The Turning Stone throughout the evening. For guests who are not staying at The Turning Stone, you can use Uber or your own car to go to The Turning Stone, which has plenty of parking, or can drive straight to the venue, which also has plenty of parking.

Question

Are there any activities planned for Sunday?

Answer

Yes, there is a brunch that is open to all guests that will take place 9:00am to 12:00pm on Sunday morning. The event will be held in the Cypress Room at The Turning Stone. If coming offsite, come through the 2nd floor of the parking garage. As you come in and see the glass tree, you will take a right down that hall. You will then follow that hall until you see the Cypress room on your right. For onsite guests. When in the tower lobby, head up the escalator where you will then see the glass tree. They will head straight down the same hall until they run into the Cypress room on the right.
