Question

When should I book the room at the resort?

Answer

As soon as you know you'll be joining us or if you are considering joining us, we suggest booking ASAP. You will not be charged until 30 days prior to arrival. Room reservations and reservation changes with our discount can be made until August 30th, 2023. After August 30th, reservations can still be made within our room block but our discounted rate will no longer be active.

When should I travel?

Answer

Each guest/couple/family/group can pick the days that work best for them to arrive and depart. The bride and groom will be arriving October 31st and departing on November 8th.

What is included?

Answer

Everything is included and unlimited from the moment you check in! Food: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and desserts (vegan and vegetarian options available at every restaurant) Beverages: alcoholic and non-alcoholic Childcare Entertainment & activities: see "Things to Do"

Yes! Please let us know when you RSVP if your little ones will or will not be joining the celebration.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes, every guest must have a valid passport that will not expire within 6 months from the time of travel date.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellations are penalty-free up to 24hrs prior to arrival.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

With average temperatures of 78°F and highs of 86°F, Punta Cana has hot yet bearable weather at this time of year and the Caribbean Sea is a bath-like 82°F. As November is at the tail end of the rainy season, the resort experiences around 3 inches of rain across the month, but showers are short-lived and you’ll still see around 8 hours of sunshine each day.

How will I get to & from the resort/airport?

Answer

One round-trip transfer via private SUVs from the airport to the resort (and vice versa) is complimentary for our guests. This will be arranged for you by our wedding travel coordinator based on the flight details you provided to her. The service is provided by Seasons Tours - the resort's trusted, streamlined, and safe in-house transportation agency. PLEASE NOTE: This complimentary round-trip transfer is *per room reservation*. We would like to advise everyone in your room reservation to arrive and depart on the same day if possible or discuss options with our travel coordinator, Jenny.

Are there fees for using the travel coordinator?

Answer

No, Jenny’s services are completely complimentary! There are no fees by using her to book your accommodations and arrange your transportation.

Is there a dress code for the resort restaurants?

Answer

Yes, for dinner only! Dinner dress code: Casual Elegance Gentlemen: Long pants, collar shirt. Ladies: Long pants, Capri pants, skirt, dress, blouse. Casual shoes or elegant sandals must be worn. T-shirts, tank tops, shorts or beach sandals are not allowed.

Do I have to stay at the resort?

Answer

Yes. In order to attend the ceremony and reception, you must be a guest at the resort.
