Bride
While she is very excited to be marrying her favorite person, Sam is almost equally stoked about the amount of cheesy snacks that will be available at this party.
Groom
Ever the best of sports, Tyler will nonetheless be counting down the seconds until photos are finally over so he can enjoy a glass of wine in peace, thank you very much.
Best Meow
The eldest of the two resident Pearl Place kitties, Robin will bravely stand by her dad's decision to share the bed with mom for the rest of all time, even though it means less room for her to splay out.
Meow of Honor
As the Princess of Pearl Place, Nugget has agreed to support her mom in wedding planning and execution so long as she gets to snuggle when she wants, where she wants, and how she wants.
Officiant
Forever a kid at heart, Barry relies on the bride and groom for regular check-ins to ensure he is eating more than protein shakes and that his dogs have not finally taken over the house. Sam and Tyler are honored that Barry agreed to officiate their wedding and are only slightly worried about what weird ‘80s references he may make in front of all their friends and family.
Maid of Honor
The voice of calm and reason, Kaitlin will be easily identifiable on game day as the one in charge. Thanks to her steadfast commitment to keeping Sam fed and her eerily good attention to detail, there was no question of who would take on this consequential role. She thanks you ahead of time for not wearing jeans, as she will be mean and ask you to leave (via the bride's orders) if you showed up in your best denim.
Best Man
As the groom’s co-op partner on hundreds of digital adventures since their days at Purdue, Colin’s place on the big day is right at Tyler’s side as his Player 2. Whether he’s putting his engineering skills to work troubleshooting some matrimonial emergency or keeping the spirits up with a steady supply of Shrek references, Sam and Tyler couldn’t be happier to have Colin with them as they start this next chapter of their own Ever After.
Flower Girl
Everyone's favorite agent of chaos (as long as that chaos is happening before 9 pm) Ash Attack was chosen to be the wedding day’s flower girl through a grueling, decade-long interview process that began on the floor of a St. Mary’s College dorm room in her and Sam’s freshman year. In the end, a talent for making the bride laugh with her nonstop puns clinched her the role of a lifetime. This former D1 athlete is proud to be stepping up for her biggest challenge to date - not tripping as she walks down the aisle.
Father of the Bride
Get your handkerchiefs ready, folks, because the father of the bride will be asking for one shortly. Having recently completed two knee surgeries, Clay is taking his physical therapy very seriously as he prepares for his aisle walk and dance with the clumsy bride.
Mother of the Bride
She’s the queen of organization and the ruler of all things purple — Who needs a day-of coordinator when you've got Mom? While her husband will be shedding happy tears all day, Sam knows she can trust Kimberly to have everything under control. The wedding party is taking bets on which Bruce Springsteen song will be the one to get her up on the dance floor- any guesses?
Father of the Groom
If you're wondering both who brought and drank all the wine, everyone's favorite sommelier will be happy to give you more information on that bottle you're looking at. The bride and groom will consider it a personal win if Tim remembers to take his beloved earpiece out before pictures without prompting.
Mother of the Groom
Karen has been having nightmares about wedding day sewing emergencies since she heard about the proposal and will be coming prepared with every colored thread and sized safety pin one could hope for! Be sure to check out the after party at the Hilton for Karen's one-woman show of campfire songs, Sam and Tyler are sure she’ll be happy to take requests as long as you promise to sing along.
Honor Attendant
The happy couple hasn’t hired any additional entertainment for the evening outside the DJ - They’re sure Gram will provide all the stories and laughter a party could ever need. The bride and groom encourage everyone to sit down with RoseMarie at least once throughout the day, and bring a pen, too. Whether you're looking for a history lesson, current events update, family tree clarification, or life advice, this woman has got you covered.
Ring Bearer
Weighing in at an impressive 25 pounds, Lannon has been training nonstop for game day. With the help of lollipops, toys, and Mom, Sam and Tyler have every confidence that he’ll make it to the top of the aisle with the precious cargo. And if he doesn’t, they’re pretty sure he’ll steal the show regardless.
