It is about a 3 hour drive and you can go through Eugene or through Sisters.
Typically it will be very warm in Central Oregon in August, but Oregon weather is known for being unpredictable. At night it cools down quite a bit. Come prepared for rain or shine!
Loloma has a beautiful stretch of forest that has some rustic A-Frame "glamping tents" and tons of spaces for camping tents. There will be plenty of shade in the tent camping area. Camping fee is $35 per night and we will collect as it gets closer to the big day. In addition to the camping grove, RV's are allowed in the parking area.
Yes! We have extras and we can arrange to borrow from the community to accommodate out of town guests. Please send us a note to let us know what you would like to borrow and we will sort you out!
Yes! We will have some light breakfast fare as well as some light lunch options. Feel free to bring your own snacks though, especially if you have dietary restrictions, as these meals will contain gluten/dairy.
We will have beer and wine during our evening meals, with a cocktail hour post ceremony. Feel free to bring your own provisions since we will be there all weekend. Please be mindful of glass in the campsites!
Anything you want! Located right on the Mckenzie River, it is a perfect place to do some fishing or hop in for a swim. We will have yard games out for people to play anytime.
We ask that you leave your fur babies behind for the event, but kiddos of all ages are welcome!
BIG NO! It is going to be prime time fire season in the dry central Oregon forests. Please plan accordingly and bring vapes if necessary.
We will need to be cleaned up and headed out by 11:00 am on Sunday.
