When should I book my hotel by?

Answer

We recommend booking your rooms as early as possible to take advantage of our discounted rate. A limited block of rooms has been set aside, and once these are filled, we cannot grantee the discounted pricing. The deadline for the wedding room block is Thursday, April 23, 2026.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing transportation to and from the venue for guests staying at the Sonesta hotel in White Plains. Please arrive in the hotel lobby and be ready outside the lobby doors before 4:30pm. The shuttles will depart promptly at 4:30pm and will not wait for late arrivals. Please reach out to us if you have any other questions regarding transportation.

Will there be parking at the venue?

Yes, valet parking will be available at the venue, and there will be plenty of parking spaces.

Are children allowed?

Answer

We love your little ones but, our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm on Sunday May 24, 2026. We kindly ask guests to arrive 15-30 minutes early to allow time for seating.
