Will the wedding ceremony and reception take place in the same venue?

Yes, our ceremony and reception will take place in the same venue at 8726 Blomberg St SW, Olympia, WA 98512.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, there will be ample parking for all guests in front of the barn.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoors, while reception including our DJ/dance floor will be indoors.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We recommend comfortable and casual cocktail attire, such as dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. In case you'd like to coordinate with our colors, we will feature accents of dusty rose, grey and olive green.

Is the ceremony unplugged (no photos or videos)?

You are more than welcome to take photos and videos during the ceremony.

What type of bar will there be?

Answer

We are thrilled to have VEVENTS take care of our bartending needs. We will feature an open bar complete with a selection of beer and wine. For those who prefer non-alcoholic options, water and sodas will be offered. Cash tips for our bartender are welcome.

Can I bring a date?

We regret to say that we are unable to accommodate plus ones for our guests. If you are a couple or a family, the names of all invited guests will be listed on your invitation email

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We encourage guests to RSVP 8 to 4 weeks before the wedding day to allow enough time to finalize details with the venue, catering, and other logistical aspects of the event.

Are children allowed?

Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named.
