Travel Information – Visiting Brazil We’re so excited to celebrate our wedding in Brazil and truly appreciate you making the trip to be with us! For guests traveling from the United States, here are a few helpful steps: Passport: Please make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates. Visa: U.S. citizens currently need an e-Visa to enter Brazil for tourism. The application can be completed online before your trip. Flights: We recommend flying into São Paulo (GRU – São Paulo/Guarulhos International Airport). Ubatuba is about 3–4 hours by car from the airport. Transportation: Guests can rent a car or arrange a private transfer to Ubatuba. Currency: Brazil’s currency is the Brazilian Real (BRL). Credit cards are widely accepted, but having some cash can be helpful. If you have any questions or need help planning your trip, please feel free to reach out.
