Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend staying at the Hotel del Coronado to experience the iconic hotel. See the "Travel to Coronado Island" tab for the link to our discounted rate & to stay in our block. Other hotels on Coronado include: The Bower Coronado (walking distance), Glorietta Bay Inn (walking distance) and Coronado Island Marriott Resort & Spa. There are Airbnbs on the island, and alternatively, you can also stay in downtown San Diego if you’re okay with a 20-minute commute across the bridge to the Del, but we recommend staying on Coronado Island.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a discounted day-of rate: $30 for self-parking and $40 for valet (regular Del rates apply for overnight guests)

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be held at the Hotel del Coronado.

We kindly ask that only those provided with a plus one on their formal invitation bring anyone additional.

Yes, there will be a casual beach bar welcome party on Friday, 9/19 at 4 PM. Please see the "Schedule" tab for more details.
