For the weekend (Fri-Sun) the rate is $480 per person. This includes your room stay as well as meals such as dinner & drinks Friday night, breakfast Saturday morning, dinner & drinks Saturday night, and farewell brunch on Sunday morning. Due to restrictions set by the property owners, we will be collecting everyone's payment to submit one single wire transfer. Doing it in this manner allowed us to reserve the entire villa for our guests and secure a reduced rate for everyone's stay.
For the Welcome Party (Friday night) - Smart casual / garden party - For the ladies think sundresses or cocktail dresses. For the men, a light jacket or dress shirt and slacks - Since the dinner will be out in the garden area, we recommend more comfortable shoes - For reference, the bride will be wearing a flowy maxi dress and the groom will be in a laid-back linen suit For the Wedding Ceremony & Reception (Saturday) - Formal attire - The ceremony will take place in a 15th century Catholic Church so we suggest everyone to please have your shoulders covered. While not required, we would appreciate the ladies to consider wearing a chapel veil to honor the tradition in such a historical Church.
A rental car would make getting to the villa in Assisi the easiest. However, there are train routes that run from both Rome and Florence to the eastern side Assisi city center. From there, taxis and Ubers could take you the rest of the way. For the wedding day, the Church is about a 10-15 minute drive from the villa and guests can carpool together with others that have rented a car.
Check-in is Friday 9/5 at 3:00 PM Check-out is Sunday 9/7 at 10:30 AM Guests may stick around after checking out and enjoy some brunch before heading out
