Schedule

The Wedding Website of Loy Maierhauser and Brandt Winkelman
So - we live in Bozeman, but we're having our party in one of our favorite places in the world: Livingston, Montana, which is about 30 minutes east of Bozeman on I-90. You can easily stay in either Livingston or Bozeman, however, if you plan on consuming alcohol at our celebration, we kindly ask that you book a place to stay in Livingston to keep you, and others safe.

Welcome Beers

2:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Attire: It's a brewery, so it's very casual. Whatever you arrive in is great. Jeans, pj's, dresses, costumes, quite literally anything goes!

This is a happy hour for some beers to welcome you to Bozeman before we head over the hill to Livingston. A few light snacks will be provided. - MAP has two parking lots and lots of street parking. - Your first beer will be on us! - No need to stay the whole time, this is more of a meet and greet, so you can come or go whenever makes sense for you and yours.

Party Time!!

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Attire: Montana Fancy. That's like Carharts and cowboy boots, or flowy long dresses... But honestly, whatever you want to wear is fine by us!

Since we're already husband and wife on paper, we're just stoked to party with you all! Join us for happy hour at 5:00pm, followed by BBQ dinner from some of our favorites, Follow Yer Nose around 6:30pm, and then music, dancing (for Loy, anyways), and just ol' fashioned good times. (I may have even convinced Brandt to do a first dance!) - Beer and wine will be provided, but please bring some cash to tip our wonderful bartenders, Dave and Colton. - There is plenty street parking around the area in downtown Livingston, or there's a large gravel lot along the fence to the west of the building. Please refrain from parking in the parking lot to the east (labeled the Beanery) or any spots marked "reserved" for museum staff, or anything reserved in front of the Gourmet Cellar or the Katabatic Trackside. - If you're staying in one of the hotels near the interstate, they may provide a free shuttle! You can usually ask at the front desk to set that up.

After Party?

Livingston Bars?

Will we be very tired? Probably. Is there a chance we'll go out for a drink or two after we shut down the train depot? Definitely. I don't know what will be open, but we'll find somewhere to stay out til the wee hours of the morning. YOLO, amiright?
