FAQs

The Wedding Website of Lowrhi Thomas and Joe Head
Question

Can our children attend the wedding?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are restricted with guest places, so only children within our families will be attending the wedding. We appreciate finding childcare can be tricky, but if you are able, we would love for you to come and let your hair down and have a child-free night to celebrate with us.

Question

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes - the venue is fully wheelchair accessible. There are also wheelchair accessible rooms if you wish to stay at the venue. Please inform Eastwood Park if you need a wheelchair accessible room upon booking. Please let us know if you're a wheelchair user on your RSVP, so we can inform the venue and our coordinator's, so transitions within the day can run smoothly for you. We can also send video's of the access and transition points within the venue if required.

Question

Can we take our own photos and videos during the wedding?

Answer

Our ceremony is being captured by our incredible photographer and videographer team C.Motions, therefore we ask that you let them work their magic! We are asking our guests to go unplugged for the ceremony. However, Lowrhi is all about the angles, so please feel free to take as many photos and videos once the Drinks Reception starts, keeping in mind that our photographer and videographer have first dibs on the locations/shots - so please do ensure you don't block their view when capturing moments yourself. Keep an eye out for our QR code on the day to share the moments you have captured with us.

Question

Who do we contact if we have further questions/queries?

Answer

Joe - 07402028858 As you all know Lowrhi is the worlds worst replier :)

Question

Dietry requirement/Allergies - Who do I give this information to?

Answer

Please outline any dietary requirements, sensory preferences and allergies on your RSVP. Joe and I will forward these onto our coordinators and caterers.

Question

What will the weather be like/ Dress Code?

Answer

We are hoping for sunshine, which usually turns up for the bank holiday week! But this is the UK, and well you never know, so basically prepare yourself for all elements! Dress code - Dress to impress. A side note for the gals; the bridesmaids will be in lilac.

Question

Will there be a quiet area/space?

Answer

Yes - The drawing room (first room on the left as you walk into the venue from the main entrance)

Question

Wedding Gifts/Cards

Answer

There will be a card postbox in the venue for our wedding cards. Your presence to the wedding is the biggest gift we could ask for. If you would like to give a gift, we would really appreciate a contribution towards our honeymoon. Please see our joint bank details on 'Our Honeymoon' tab. Thank you <3
