We're getting married!

Dalton and Lowrey met back in middle school on the bus ride home their 8th grade year. Their friendship grew over the years and in the summer before their senior year of high school, they made it official. Now here they are 9 years later and Dalton finally popped the question. Please help us celebrate in 2021!

Dalton planned a trip to Colorado with the help of Lowrey's sister, Abby. After traveling all over the state, the trio made their way to Rocky Mountain National Park. It was so cloudy that day that when they reached the top of the mountain, they couldn't see a thing. They decided to go back down and visit a few lakes they'd heard so much about. The sign only said 1.8 miles to Emerald Lake but at 10,000 feet above sea level, it seemed much longer. At that altitude, it was already hard to breathe but the 1.8 mile hike was all uphill. Dream Lake was amazing but when they got to Emerald Lake, the view was breath-taking and even the clouds parted! Once there, Dalton asked Lowrey to pose for a picture then if she wanted to feel the water. She was making her way to the water when Dalton called her name. When she turned around, Dalton was on one knee and the rest is history!
