NO! There is no smoking or vaping on, in, or around the lodge. I will be asking them if there is a certain area for this on the property.
Please keep in mind this is not our personal homes and need to take careful steps to make sure we respect and take care of the property. Checkout is Sunday October 25 by 11:00am -All trash collected and removed and put in provided bins -Gather all used towels and place them in the shower close to you -There is extra cleaning fees tacked on if there is more than average needed.
-NO Smoking or Vaping in, on or around lodge -NO weapons on property -NO access to Hot tub or Pond is permitted during this event -Fires only in provided fire pits
Please please please keep in mind the following: -You must attend and watch your children there is a pond, hill, and docks on location -No children will be allowed in hot tub or pond! I will be turning in a waiver form for access to the ceremony dock and the smaller dock at bottom of rock stairs only! -Do not allow children to disrespect this beautiful location
We will be providing 2 highchairs, and air mattresses for those who need them. Please use only the ones we provide for you not the ones at the lodge.
Friday - Rehearsal Dinner we will have available pizza and popcorn bar. Drinks will be available sodas and waters. Saturday -Breakfast will be continental type with bagels, granola bars, fruits, cereals, and muffins. Along with coffee, milk, and juices. -Lunch will be from Noon till 4pm grazing tables with all sorts of things to pick at along with lemonade, tea, and water -Dinner at reception Sunday -Breakfast will be what is remaining from the breakfast baskets
