What's this light rail thing and how do I find it at the airport?

1. Follow signs for Baggage Claim. You will need to take an escalator down one flight. 2. After retrieving your luggage (as needed), follow signs for Ground Transportation and Light Rail Transit. You’ll need to go down another flight. 3. Once down the escalator, continue to follow signs for Ground Transportation and Light Rail Transit. 4. Trams take all passengers to Light Rail and Rental Car Center. Both trams go to the same place, so take the first available one. 5. Once off the tram, follow signs for Light Rail Transit There are ticket machines at the station. You must purchase a ticket before boarding and machines take cash or cards. Be ready to show your ticket on the train. Trains depart every 10-15 minutes. Your only option is the Blue Line. Take it to Minneapolis Target Field/Warehouse Hennepin Ave Station. It will take about 25 minutes. Pull up the hotel's address on your phone to get walking directions to the hotel, which is 0.13 miles away from the station.
