We met for the first time at a mexican restaurant in Fayetteville, NC with a bunch of our other classmates/ friends before the first day of PT school. What started as a great friendship and study partner, one night, John asked Michaela out for date. The rest is history! We officially began dating on November 27, 2022, when John asked before going into church one Sunday morning. John proposed during a night walk on the beach in Emerald Isle on March 28, 2026! We have shared many memories, laughs, late nights, stress, and tears together. From the first time meeting each others families, enjoying new places together, and trying new things, our relationship has been nothing short of adventurous and rewarding!
