Our wedding attire will be Black Tie optional. For women, floor-length gowns in elevated fabrics like satin, velvet, or silk. For men, a your nicest suit and tie. We are an Indian-Filipino couple, so we would LOVE to see our beautiful traditional wear worn at our wedding by guests. We encourage traditional Indian wear, like a saree or lehenga for women. For a traditional filipino dress, a filipiniana or Barong.
After the ceremony, guests will have a couple of hours to prepare for the reception at 7PM at Bridgeport Art Center. Please enjoy some hors d’oeuvres and our signature drinks that will be provided at cocktail hour from 6-7PM.
October in Chicago is so beautiful as it transitions into Fall. Chicago weather may be unpredictable, so please bring a warm coat to the venue. There will be coat check at the reception venue.
There is parking surrounding the church in the nearby neighborhood. Parking for the Bridgeport Art Center is also free as they provide a large parking lot for the venue. We recommend using Uber if guests do not wish to drive after the celebration.
Both ceremony and reception will be indoors.
