Cold Starter: Aubergine rolls with cream and tartufata, tomato salsa with caramelized cherry tomato and basil pesto Soup: creamy celery soup with green apple and chlorophyll oil Warm Starter: stuffed spinach pasta with buckwheat porridge, sundried tomatoes, spring onion on corn cream and cheese crust Sorbet: refreshing lemon sorbet Main Course: Sea bass fillet on basil puree with sweet and sour marinade and fish foam Dessert: Chocolate souffle on butter crumble with strawberry sauce and seasonal fruit
