Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Invitations will be sent out at a later date. Deadline to RSVP will be estimated around May 12th, 2026.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 p.m. so we ask that guest arrive 30 minutes before (3:30 p.m.) so that everyone can be seated on time. Any guest arriving after 4 p.m. will be asked to wait inside the venue.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

If weather permits, the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside overlooking the Wisconsin River and Baraboo Bluffs. Dinner and reception will be held indoors.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire (semi-formal) for the evening. Please reserve hues of white/ivory for the bride and yellow for the wedding party.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

While we would love to have everyone attend, due to the capacity of our venue, we are only able to accommodate those listed on the invitations/RSVPs. The invitations will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, we really do! However, this is an adults-only ceremony and reception with the exception of our junior bridesmaid, flower girl, and ring bearers. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun date night!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a paved and lighted parking lot at the venue with 167 parking stalls including handicap stalls.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We thank you wholeheartedly for traveling to celebrate with us! There are a plethora of hotel options near our venue. Please see our 'Travel' tab located at the top of our website for more information. Each hotel link offers 15% off their best rate.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle traveling between all four hotels 1 hour before the ceremony beginning at 2:30 and will run from 9pm to midnight to return guests. The hotel coordinator recommends meeting at one hotel for maximum use out of the shuttle prior to the ceremony! Please do not drink and drive on our day!!

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Absolutely not. We ask you to kindly turn off your ringers during the ceremony and refrain from taking any photos or videos. We have paid THOUSANDS of dollars for our professional photographers and videographers to capture all the special moments and we will post photos of our ceremony as soon as we get them.
