Can I bring a date (plus one)?

Answer

Due to the size of our guest list, we can only accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. Our online RSVP will allow you to respond for only the number of seats designated for you and your invited guest. Thank you for understanding!

Are my kids invited?

We want our wedding to be your night off! We’re limiting the "littles" at our event to family members only, as necessary.

Is there parking?

Answer

Ceremony: Guests are welcome to park in the parking lot off of 8th Ave. Reception: Hotel parking in the ramp is located directly to the west of the hotel. Turn onto Ceape Avenue and drive past the hotel to the parking ramp. Levels one and two are covered, level three has surface parking. A nominal City Parking Fee of $3 per night is assessed for overnight guests. Surface parking east of the Convention Center (across the skywalk), 1/2 block away, is available for trucks and vehicles with trailers.

Are there other events to attend during the wedding weekend?

Answer

Eli and Kaley will be hanging out at the Ground Round Friday evening from 7-9pm to greet any out-of-town guests that arrive early. Come have a drink and say hi! Sunday morning the new Mr. and Mrs. will be in the Lake Winnebago Room at the hotel from 10am-12pm to say farewell to friends and family, and wish them on safe travels home. All are welcome to drop in and say goodbye!

Will there be a Cash or Hosted Bar?

Cocktail hour will be hosted, offering 2 signature drinks, beer, and wine. Then dinner's on us, drinks are on you. Please bring cash or a credit card if you wish to participate in beverages throughout the night.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will start at 4:00pm, so we kindly ask guests to arrive 15-20 minutes early to ensure everyone has time to find a seat and silence their phones prior to the processional.

Can I take pictures during the Ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask our guests to keep all phones and cameras silenced and out of sight during our ceremony service, out of respect for our place of worship. We've hired a professional photographer to appropriately capture the important moments.

What type of food will be served? What if I have dietary concerns?

Answer

Please let us know of any dietary concerns when you RSVP. Dinner consists of a gourmet pizza buffet and sides, with options for those with gluten, lactose, and vegetarian concerns. Cupcakes will be available for dessert with gluten- and lactose- free options.

Can I share photos on social media? What is your wedding hashtag?

Answer

Yes, please! While photos are not allowed during the ceremony, we welcome our guests to take and share photos from cocktail hour, dinner, reception, and dancing. Use our hashtag when posting so we can easily find your snapshots of our day! #LovingLurquin
