If you only go to one place in town, make sure it's the square. LSA Burgers, JJs Pizza, and Rusty Taco are our favorite spots to eat; grab coffee at West Oak or Jupiter House; shop at Recycled Books in the old Opera House, the candy store, or More Fun Games and Comics. Lounge on the courtyard greens with some Beth Marie's Ice Cream to top it off!
Where we fell in love as undergrads! We are both graduates of UNT and while our school spirit and football program may not be strong, our love for the beautiful campus of UNT is. Brad will be a graduate of TWU as well, the location of the Little Chapel in The Woods - our ceremony site.
The quintessential Denton bar. We have spent many weekend nights here with our friends. Tap beer, food trucks, and a huge patio with string lights makes this bar one of the best in town. Within walking distance are Hickory House and Oak St Drafthouse as well for anyone interested in a bar crawl!
This mall honestly is kind of the worst - but its all we got! Bath&Body, American Eagle, H&M, Victoria's Secret, Annie's Pretzels, Barnes and Noble, and DSW are the mainstays. If you need anything, the shopping area by the mall has it all with a nearby Target, Old Navy, Total Wine, and more.
Known as Mr. Frosty's, this old diner is a mainstay in town. A little aged and rough around the edges, the diner has definitely not changed since it was built in 1954. They have the best milkshakes ever and is one of our favorite spots for a greasy datenight dinner.
