When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 10th, 2026. This will give us enough time to finalize the guest list, seating, and catering.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend that guests arrive 10-15 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking and finding your seat. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4PM, so arriving a little early will ensure you don’t miss a moment of the celebration!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress Code: Spring Formal - Timeless sophistication with a fresh spring feel! We invite guests to dress in elegant, formal attire with a seasonal touch. For women, floor-length or tea-length dresses in soft pastels, florals, or light, refined fabrics are encouraged. For men, tuxedos are preferred, though dark or classic suits are also acceptable. Please avoid casual styles. Most importantly, have fun with it—embrace the season, add a pop of color, and let your personal style shine!

Can I bring a date?

We are excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we are keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our wedding will be primarily adults-only so that everyone can relax and enjoy the celebration. There will be a few little family members in attendance, but for all other guests, we kindly ask that you plan a night out without children. We hope you'll take this as a chance for a special date night!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The venue is easily accessed by car. A paved on-site parking lot is available directly next to the venue for all guests. Please note that Sugarloaf Mountain Drive is a loop, and there are two entrances from Comus Road. When using GPS, please make sure your directions take you to 7802B Comus Road and guide you up Sugarloaf Mountain Drive on the side closest to the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing a shuttle for guests to and from the ceremony. For more details, please visit our ‘Travel’ page.
