Check-in is at 3pm, and check-out is at 12pm. If you would like an early check-in, please let the hotel know, and they will do their best to accommodate you.

Yes, a delicious breakfast is included every morning! Make your way to HOA restaurant (La Marea) anytime between 7:30-11:30am, and discover all the yummy options! (Don't forget to try their fresh juices!)

Will there be a shuttle to and from the hotel?

No, transportation is not provided, but if you would like to schedule a car pick up, please mention that on your reservation notes, or contact the reservations department at Villa del Sol. Here are costs for pick up and drop off (one way prices): Taxi- $42 plus tax SUV $85 plus tax There are also plenty of cabs at the airport!

What if I missed the RSVP deadline?

If you missed the RSVP deadline, and would like to room at Villa del Sol: Please contact the reservations department at Villa del Sol 011-52-755.555.5500. Based on the availability, they will honor the wedding room block rate. How will my credit card get charged when booking my stay at the Thompson?

Answer

The hotel requires a one night stay plus tax and service charge at time of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and will be automatically be charged to the same credit card provided for the deposit.

Can I cancel my hotel booking at the Thompson?

Yes! You can cancel your hotel reservation if you notify the hotel at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Yes! There is a beautiful gym you can take advantage of. Fruit, water, and towels are provided. Break a sweat!

Yes! Every hotel guest will receive a complimentary wireless internet code.

Can we add a third person or roll-away bed to our room?

Answer

Room rates are quoted based on a single or double occupancy. A $50 per night rate premium applies for each additional adult ages 13 and up. Roll-away beds are available upon request for $50 + 16% tax per night. Based on room configurations, the hotel is not able to accommodate roll-aways in certain room categories.

Is there a grocery store on the way to the hotel from the airport?

Answer

If you wish to pick up a few snacks and drinks to keep in your room, just ask your driver to stop by a grocery store on your way to the hotel.
