When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
Kindly RSVP by May 1, 2024. You may return the stamped post card provided with your invitation, or simply RSVP on our wedding website under the "RSVP" tab.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Formal attire. Bright colors are encouraged!
Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes ahead of time. There will be welcome refreshments upon arrival at Coindre Hall. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm.

Is this an indoor or an outdoor wedding?
Answer
Our ceremony will take place outside in front of Coindre Hall (weather permitting). Please note that our ceremony will take place on the lawn and to choose your footwear accordingly.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that our guests respect our wishes to have an "unplugged ceremony". We have hired a professional photographer as well as a content creator who will take care of this for you! Photos and selfies are perfectly acceptable before the ceremony, during the cocktail hour, and encouraged during our reception.

Is there parking for there ceremony/reception?

There will be valet parking at Coindre Hall for the day of our wedding.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
If your formal invitation does not include your name followed by "and guest", then unfortunately we ask that you not bring a plus one. We want to keep our wedding as intimate as possible with the ones we love.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
There will be children from our immediate family at the wedding. We love all of the children of our family and friends but in order to keep our guest list on track, we are only to accommodate children within our immediate families.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Please let us know of any food allergies you may have and will we do our best to accommodate. We will also have a meat free entree option for our vegetarian guests.
Question
How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?
Answer
You are responsible for your own travel to and from the venue. There will be valet parking available at Coindre Hall. If you do plan on drinking, we encourage using a car service such as Uber or Lyft to safely get to and from the venue.

What is the timeline of the day?
Answer
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm. Cocktail hour will follow from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm, followed by our reception from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
Question
Have your reserved a room block at a local hotel?
Answer
We have not reserved a hotel block for our wedding since many of our friends and family are Long Island locals. Please see our "travel" tab for a listing of various hotel accommodations.
