The sooner the better! March 1, 2025 at the latest please.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, it is $7/vehicle to enter the park.

Absolutely! Please indicate on your RSVP if your littles will be joining as well.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’re keeping our celebration intimate and have carefully planned our guest list. If you’d like to bring a date, please reach out to us before RSVP’ing. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

To match the rustic charm of our venue, we kindly ask our guests to dress in 'country classy' attire—think elegant with a touch of Western flair. Cowboy hats are welcome! Please note that all events will take place on grass, which can be soft at times.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! We will have vegetarian options, as well as gluten-free desserts available.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, due to the rustic location, but we are fortunate to live and be celebrating in an area that typically has many Uber and Lyft options available. Many guests will be carpooling as well. Please let us know if you are interested in joining a carpool and we will assist in connecting you to the appropriate parties.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to be present and mingling by 2pm. There are plenty of beautiful areas to explore or take photos at on the property.
