We met at work through a service call. I told him what ink I needed for a printer, and he brought the wrong ink, which caused him to have to come back. Sometime later I saw him again in the building, and upon my arrival back to my desk, I had a new message on Google Chat from an unknown person. During our conversation, I found out he made mix tapes and requested he make me a Rick Ross Teflon Don CD. Needless to say, he had it for me the next day. A few more conversations led to us linking outside of the office, and the rest is history.
We went to Niagara Falls to celebrate his birthday. During the birthday dinner, I made prior plans to have a dessert plate come out with a sweet birthday message. Unbeknownst to me, he had something totally different planned. As you can imagine, I was surprised when it was time for dessert and the server sat the plate in-front of me and not him. Without reading the plate, I questioned the server not knowing he had overwritten my plans. Once I calmed and noticed the plate, he was kneeling down to my astonishment. With the ring in hand, he asked me to marry him. Of course I said YES.
