How should I RSVP?

Answer

Please visit the RSVP page on this website to respond. Because our wedding expenses depend upon the number of guests attending, we truly appreciate your consideration of our time and finances. Kindly submit your RSVP by March 18th, 2027 so we can plan accordingly.

What is the $100 deposit for?

Answer

The $100 deposit is for us to get an actual count of people who will really be coming. Due to the high cost of our wedding we don’t want to overspend on people who can’t make it. This money will be sent back to you at the time you are booking your flight. Please send us your flight confirmation to be officially added to the RSVP list.

Is there anything planned other than the wedding?

We're so glad you asked! Head over to our "Things to Do" tab to explore what we have in store. You'll find group activities we've organized, as well as plenty of options for those who'd like to venture out on their own. There's something for everyone!

What is the closest airport to the beach?

Answer

The closest airport is St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport (PIE).

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We're asking our guests to dress in beach formal attire, with a request that everyone wear shades of tan/brown.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We’re happy to welcome lap children under 3. Because we’ve invited a large number of adult guests, only a limited number of older children will be included in the wedding and reception. We truly appreciate your understanding, and please feel free to reach out to us directly with any questions or concerns.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. If someone we’ve previously invited does not RSVP we will consider allowing an added plus one. Thank you for understanding!

What happens if it rains?

Answer

Due to Floridas weather being unpredictable during this season we would suggest bringing an umbrella because the show will go on.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Because the wedding is at a public beach there may be limited parking available. The easiest way to navigate to the closest parking lot is to Google Maps Lot 37 Avalon Kendall. The second closest lot you should Google Maps Clearwater Beach Parking. We encourage you to carpool or use a ridesharing service!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

Do you prefer cash or physical gifts?

Answer

We would prefer cash/zelle payments to help fund us on our honeymoon vacation but we highly appreciate anything that is done for us!

Will there be food served?

Answer

Food will be served at the reception so we do recommend eating something light before the wedding.
